Our industry experts helped in developing comprehensive project charters, project management plans including change management plan, detailed master schedule with project specific tasks which was easy to understand, implement and used as communication tool with various stakeholders, accurate cost forecasting considering actual and anticipated expenditures, and prepared comprehensive easily accessible, fully integrated Power BI dashboard for the management to make informed decisions based on the real time progress. Team performed DMAIC approach, devised solution to reduce change orders, improved the processes and implement control measures for sustainability.
